Watermarks

Technique
Mark images with a copyright image to prevent them from being copied.
19/08/2014
When a photo is uploaded to the Clikpic server a watermark is applied to it automatically and placed diagonally across the image as:
© Grange Photographic Society
It has been pointed out that on some images this watermark is not obvious enough and these could therefore still be copied. Any member who wishes to insert their own watermark on a photo can do so before sending it to be placed in the galleries. The Grange Photographic Society watermark is placed diagonally across the image so place any other watermark above or below this diagonal line. It is worth pointing out that all images uploaded to the ClikPic server are automatically resized for rapid website viewing and therefore are relatively small and low resolution compared with competition quality images.
